Hey, welcome to my bio! Most of my time goes into engaging in open-source developer communities, educating on core AI technologies, and learning about anything I can get my hands on. Spending my days knee-deep in AI discourse has given me strong opinions, interests, and resolutions in this ever-growing space.

Sustainable Advancement

I believe that AI is an incredible tool for scientific advancement and unprecedented in its potential to be used for good, however; that doesn't justify expansion at all costs. There are ways to integrate data centers that help communities. There are ways to optimize the compute we already have to do more with less. And there are products, tasks, and workflows that don't need to be done by AI. AI is an amazing technology, let's use it where the cost is justified.

Physical Adaptations

I love AI for physical use. Robotics, imaging, edge computing to help with resource management or automation, is super cool to me! I hope to find myself in the computational neuroscience or robotics field later in life. If you are in the space and ever want to chat, collaborate, or teach me a little something, let me know!

Tech Interests

Enough about AI, I also have interests outside of work (go figure).

  • I am obsessed with music, cymatics, and sound in general, I find it so fascinating and would love to use either to communicate with an alien someday.
  • I've been coding pretty religiously since I was 14. From data structures to Dijkstra's, that's my shit. Now I get my coding fix from personal projects, small game development, and moving stuff around on this website.
  • I like scavenging on Facebook and thrift stores for old tech to repurpose into something new. I am definitely a hands-on learner and always understand things so much better after taking them apart or building them myself.
  • I also love the outdoors, hiking, exploring, backpacking, being in bodies of water and so on. I am on a lifelong quest to visit every US National Park (7/63 so far… definitely some road trips in my future).

And I love talking to and meeting new people so please don't hesitate to reach out to collaborate, or just chat.
